Christmas Dinner - Saturday 6th December

Wymondham Athletic Club 30th Anniversary Celebration/ Presentation Evening
Saturday 6th December 7.30pm sit down @ 8pm
Venue: Norfolk Golf and Country Club, Reymerston

We have used this Venue for the past 3 years and it promises to be another fantastic evening for all members of WAC and there families. To view the menu for the evening and to book your meal

WAC AUTUMN TRIP

A fantastic autumnal weekend in the Lake District to inspire you, with a 15km Helvellyn Trail taking place on Saturday 1st November the "Steamy Surprise" Ullswater Trail on Sunday 2nd November.

Both races can be done to make it the "Dirty Double"

There is a Challenge setting off first for faster walkers less competitive runners. Finally the the competitive Trail Race sets off an hour afterwards, both events following the same course. The "Dirty Double" combines both the 15km Helvellyn Trail and the 12km Ullswater Trail.

Accommodation in a 24 bedroom quality hostel with five separate bedrooms and it even has a sauna. It is of course self catering or there is a pub 400m down the road! The Hostel is located at the foot of Helvellyn so is very close to both races. www.grasemerehostel.co.uk

Transport would be by 2-3 quality minibuses depending on numbers (drivers required). Rough schedule at present would be as follows;

- Leave Wymondham Friday Lunchtime and get to Hostel by early evening.
- Friday night walk to pub and have a good meal.
- Saturday morning race Helvellyn o Saturday afternoon chill out
- Saturday evening meal at the hostel by celebrity professional chef
- Sunday Race Ullswater
- Sunday afternoon lunch at a pub and leave straight after.
- Arrive at Wymondham Sunday evening

These are rough details and costs once I get some names I can fine tune it all

TOTAL = £57.00 PER PERSON BASED ON 24 PEOPLE
RACE = £40 (PAY & ENTER INDIVIDUALLY)
FOOD ETC = OWN COST
IF NUMBERS ARE LESS THEN COSTS AND DETAILS MAY VARY TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN
