Runner remembered by club.
Ed Burton will be remembered by the club who are naming their club summer handicap races in his memory.
The 3 race series which is competed for by club members each summer is being named the 'Ed Burton Series'.
Club Chairman Ian Sturgess said
"Ed was a great club member who has played an active part in the club since he joined in 2002. He represented us at many races and was a member of the club Round Norfolk Relay team in 2006, that year they completed the course in 22hrs 38minutes, the club record for the race. This year he had set himself new running targets as he stepped up into the next age category, he set a great example and I am delighted we are able to name our summer club races in his memory"
